No private person or family member shall place any monument or headstone.
All headstones must have a foundation & must be installed by Sexton.
Vehicles must stay on driveway. No snowmobiles or ATVs allowed.
No trees, shrubs, landscaping or similar planting without permission.
No plants or flowers outside of an urn. Artificial flowers must be securely anchored in container. Sexton will dispose of faded artificial flowers in containers.
All refuse including dried flowers, wreaths, paper & plastic flowers will be removed 10 days after burial & one week after holidays Sexton has the right to remove unsightly trees, shrubs and bushes Sexton and Township are not responsible for accidental damage.
No grading or excavation will be allowed by private persons.
No cremains shall be dispersed within the cemetery.
No person shall willfully destroy, deface, apply graffiti to or otherwise injure any monument, tree, signs or cemetery property.
No person shall disturb the peace or unreasonably annoy, harass, or disturb another person.
No alcohol on cemetery property.
No littering or dumping.
There shall be no unlawful interference with or disruption of a lawful funeral or procession.
No fires, candles or open flames.
No firearms or archery arrows discharged or shot except during military funerals.
No person shall engage in fight, quarrel or disturbance
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
No entry or presence in the cemetery by any person when the cemetery is closed or outside the hours of authorized times. Cemetery is closed from 9 pm until 7 am.
There shall be no disinterment or grave openings unless approved by the Township.
There shall be no gathering of persons in excess of 75 people without prior Township approval (except during or incidental to a funeral occurring concurrent with burial).
No pets allowed on cemetery property with the exception of service pets.
No exceeding the posted speed limit.
There shall be no picnicking or consumption of food without prior Township approval.
No loud music or use of any amplification device or similar item except pursuant to military ceremony or funeral.
No solicitation.
There shall be no headstone, ornaments, vases, plastic flowers, fences, benches, trellises, statues, signs or any other item placed, kept, installed or maintained in cemetery except those allowed in Webber Township Cemetery ordinance.
